It's hard to believe that our baby girl is already over 6 months old. Blossom has fit into our family so well that we cannot even begin to remember what it was like without her. She is still small, under 5 pounds and has started showing the ruff around her neck, just like a big girl. Right now she is curled up beside my leg on the couch snoozing while I watch television.
Blossom has travelled to Canada twice already and has taken to car rides like a champ! The border guard was petting her and couldn't get over how sweet natured she is. Blossom does not know a stranger, she doesn't mind people petting her and she gives kisses like crazy. We've only heard her bark a few times, a tiny little bark too, lol. So all those stories about chi's being bad tempered, biting, barking dogs need to be taken with a grain of salt. We think that it's because of how Marlene started socializing her when she was just a few weeks old and then we continued doing the same things, just as she told us. All of Marlene's chi's that we met the day we picked up Blossom were sweet tempered and playful.
We really do believe that we were divinely led to mylittlechi to get our baby.
